Stanić Beverages, tvrtka u vlasništvu Stanić Grupe, novi je vlasnik gotovo 99 posto dionica Maraske, izvijestili su u utorak iz Stanić Grupe ne navevši vrijednost transakcije.
Time je, kako se navodi, realiziran kupoprodajni ugovor o preuzimanju Maraske između bivšeg vlasnika Mepas grupe i novog vlasnika Stanić grupe, potpisan u rujnu prošle godine.
Nakon potpisivanja kupoprodajnog ugovora temeljem kojeg je Stanić Beverages postao vlasnik 45,3 posto dionica dioničkog društva Koestlin i 52,9 posto dionica dioničkog društva Saponia, uslijedila je obavezujuća javna ponuda za otkup preostalih dionica od malih dioničara te odobrenje od Agencije za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja (AZTN), čime su se ispunili svi preduvjeti za zaključenje transakcije.
"Preuzimanjem Maraske Stanić grupa širi svoj proizvodni portfelj u smjeru jakih alkoholnih pića (JAP) te proširuje asortiman bezalkoholnih pića i postaje vlasnik 200 godina starog hrvatskog brenda koji je prepoznat u cijelom svijetu", kazao je vlasnik i predsjednik Uprave Stanić grupe Svjetlan Stanić.
Ponosni su, kako je rekao, što će upravo Maraska biti nova članica grupacije jer vide veliki prostor za razvoj, modernizaciju, širenje i sinergiju.
"Sigurni smo da će naš know how kojeg imamo zahvaljujući suradnji sa svjetski poznatim brendovima iz područja JAP-a te znanje koje posjedujemo zahvaljujući upravljanju najpoznatijim hrvatskim brendom sokova Juicy osnažiti poziciju Maraskinih proizvoda na tržištu Hrvatske, regije i svijeta", istaknuo je Stanić.
Zahvalio je vlasniku Mepas grupe Mirku Grbešiću na iznimno korektnoj poslovnoj suradnji, a koncernu Agram na potpori.
Stanić grupa, kako se navodi u priopćenju, ima jasnu strategiju za razvoj Maraske u budućnosti koja podrazumijeva proširenje proizvodnog asortimana, inovacije, rebrending postojećih proizvoda, proširenje izvoznih kapaciteta te jačanja pozicije na tržištu.
Inače, Stanić Beverages jedan je od najvećih hrvatskih proizvođača bezalkoholnih pića te vlasnik dviju tvornica u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini sa zajedničkim kapacitetom od 150 milijuna litara.

Stanić Beverages, tvrtka u vlasništvu Stanić Grupe, novi je vlasnik gotovo 99 posto dionica Maraske, izvijestili su u utorak iz Stanić Grupe ne navevši vrijednost transakcije.
Time je, kako se navodi, realiziran kupoprodajni ugovor o preuzimanju Maraske između bivšeg vlasnika Mepas grupe i novog vlasnika Stanić grupe, potpisan u rujnu prošle godine.
Nakon potpisivanja kupoprodajnog ugovora temeljem kojeg je Stanić Beverages postao vlasnik 45,3 posto dionica dioničkog društva Koestlin i 52,9 posto dionica dioničkog društva Saponia, uslijedila je obavezujuća javna ponuda za otkup preostalih dionica od malih dioničara te odobrenje od Agencije za zaštitu tržišnog natjecanja (AZTN), čime su se ispunili svi preduvjeti za zaključenje transakcije.
"Preuzimanjem Maraske Stanić grupa širi svoj proizvodni portfelj u smjeru jakih alkoholnih pića (JAP) te proširuje asortiman bezalkoholnih pića i postaje vlasnik 200 godina starog hrvatskog brenda koji je prepoznat u cijelom svijetu", kazao je vlasnik i predsjednik Uprave Stanić grupe Svjetlan Stanić.
Ponosni su, kako je rekao, što će upravo Maraska biti nova članica grupacije jer vide veliki prostor za razvoj, modernizaciju, širenje i sinergiju.
"Sigurni smo da će naš know how kojeg imamo zahvaljujući suradnji sa svjetski poznatim brendovima iz područja JAP-a te znanje koje posjedujemo zahvaljujući upravljanju najpoznatijim hrvatskim brendom sokova Juicy osnažiti poziciju Maraskinih proizvoda na tržištu Hrvatske, regije i svijeta", istaknuo je Stanić.
Zahvalio je vlasniku Mepas grupe Mirku Grbešiću na iznimno korektnoj poslovnoj suradnji, a koncernu Agram na potpori.
Stanić grupa, kako se navodi u priopćenju, ima jasnu strategiju za razvoj Maraske u budućnosti koja podrazumijeva proširenje proizvodnog asortimana, inovacije, rebrending postojećih proizvoda, proširenje izvoznih kapaciteta te jačanja pozicije na tržištu.
Inače, Stanić Beverages jedan je od najvećih hrvatskih proizvođača bezalkoholnih pića te vlasnik dviju tvornica u Hrvatskoj i Bosni i Hercegovini sa zajedničkim kapacitetom od 150 milijuna litara.
