Iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) u srijedu su poručili kako treba hitno definirati kriterije za isplatu minimalnih plaća i istovremeno raditi na mjerama kojima će se otpisivati dio davanja poslodavcima na svim razinama države, za vrijeme poslovne neaktivnosti.
 
Vezano uz jučer predstavljene 63 mjere Vlade za spas gospodarstva iz HUP-a naglašavaju kako fokus sada mora biti na žurnoj definiciji i provedbi kriterija po kojima će poslodavci moći pristupiti svim tim mjerama. Posebno se to, kako navode, odnosi na mikro i male tvrtke.

Kako bi se sačuvala radna mjesta i izbjegla ili značajno smanjila otpuštanja, dobro je da je Ministarstvo rada i mirovinskog sustava donijelo posebnu mjeru kojom će se financirati 100 posto troška neto minimalne plaće u tvrtkama čije je poslovanje ugroženo, ističu poslodavci.

Procjena je, kako navode, da će tom mjerom biti obuhvaćeno oko 400 tisuća radnih mjesta, ali HUP smatra da mjere za potporu malih i srednje velikih tvrtki trebaju biti šire i jače.

"Mjera davanja bespovratnih sredstava za isplatu plaća mora biti prioritet i HUP se zalaže za što bržu provedbu", istaknuo je glavni direktor HUP-a Davor Majetić.

Važno je, kako je kazao, da ta mjera obuhvati što je šire moguće sve sektore i veličine gospodarskih subjekata, jer svugdje ima ugroženih koji ne mogu izdržati nekoliko mjeseci bez prihoda. Nije riječ o tvrtkama u samo pojedinim sektorima, rekao je Majetić.

"Moramo zaustaviti otpuštanja koja su krenula i dati poslodavcima podršku i jasne smjernice moguće pomoći u narednim danima i mjesecima", naglasio je Majetić.

Napominje i kako HUP nastavlja razgovarati i tražiti od Vlade da se dio davanja poslodavcima bezuvjetno otpiše na svim razinama države za vrijeme poslovne neaktivnosti, jer svaka odgoda plaćanja u ovom trenutku može biti privremena pomoć. No to, kako ističe, zasigurno nije trajno rješenje problema jer će ti dugovi doći na naplatu, a gubici koje gospodarstvo sada trpi mnogima su već nenadoknadivi u ovoj godini.

HUP će, kako se najavljuje, nastavljati predlagati da se porezno snažnije rastereti cjelokupno gospodarstvo i da se država odrekne dijela prihoda parafiskalnih nameta.

"Ovo je ključan trenutak u kojem moramo sve svoje napore uložiti da gospodarstvo funkcionira i da se ne dopusti urušavanje, kako socijalne i ekonomske posljedice ne bi bile dramatične“, istaknuo je Majetić.

Poslodavci najavljuju da će u dogovoru s Vladom raditi na postojećim i stvarati nove mjere koje će omogućiti neometano poslovanje sa što manje rizika svim poduzetnicima i poslodavcima u Hrvatskoj.

Iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) u srijedu su poručili kako treba hitno definirati kriterije za isplatu minimalnih plaća i istovremeno raditi na mjerama kojima će se otpisivati dio davanja poslodavcima na svim razinama države, za vrijeme poslovne neaktivnosti.
 
Vezano uz jučer predstavljene 63 mjere Vlade za spas gospodarstva iz HUP-a naglašavaju kako fokus sada mora biti na žurnoj definiciji i provedbi kriterija po kojima će poslodavci moći pristupiti svim tim mjerama. Posebno se to, kako navode, odnosi na mikro i male tvrtke.

Kako bi se sačuvala radna mjesta i izbjegla ili značajno smanjila otpuštanja, dobro je da je Ministarstvo rada i mirovinskog sustava donijelo posebnu mjeru kojom će se financirati 100 posto troška neto minimalne plaće u tvrtkama čije je poslovanje ugroženo, ističu poslodavci.

Procjena je, kako navode, da će tom mjerom biti obuhvaćeno oko 400 tisuća radnih mjesta, ali HUP smatra da mjere za potporu malih i srednje velikih tvrtki trebaju biti šire i jače.

"Mjera davanja bespovratnih sredstava za isplatu plaća mora biti prioritet i HUP se zalaže za što bržu provedbu", istaknuo je glavni direktor HUP-a Davor Majetić.

Važno je, kako je kazao, da ta mjera obuhvati što je šire moguće sve sektore i veličine gospodarskih subjekata, jer svugdje ima ugroženih koji ne mogu izdržati nekoliko mjeseci bez prihoda. Nije riječ o tvrtkama u samo pojedinim sektorima, rekao je Majetić.

"Moramo zaustaviti otpuštanja koja su krenula i dati poslodavcima podršku i jasne smjernice moguće pomoći u narednim danima i mjesecima", naglasio je Majetić.

Napominje i kako HUP nastavlja razgovarati i tražiti od Vlade da se dio davanja poslodavcima bezuvjetno otpiše na svim razinama države za vrijeme poslovne neaktivnosti, jer svaka odgoda plaćanja u ovom trenutku može biti privremena pomoć. No to, kako ističe, zasigurno nije trajno rješenje problema jer će ti dugovi doći na naplatu, a gubici koje gospodarstvo sada trpi mnogima su već nenadoknadivi u ovoj godini.

HUP će, kako se najavljuje, nastavljati predlagati da se porezno snažnije rastereti cjelokupno gospodarstvo i da se država odrekne dijela prihoda parafiskalnih nameta.

"Ovo je ključan trenutak u kojem moramo sve svoje napore uložiti da gospodarstvo funkcionira i da se ne dopusti urušavanje, kako socijalne i ekonomske posljedice ne bi bile dramatične“, istaknuo je Majetić.

Poslodavci najavljuju da će u dogovoru s Vladom raditi na postojećim i stvarati nove mjere koje će omogućiti neometano poslovanje sa što manje rizika svim poduzetnicima i poslodavcima u Hrvatskoj.

HUP: Hitno definirati kriterije za isplatu minimalnih plaća, moramo zaustaviti otpuštanja koja su krenula

Iz Hrvatske udruge poslodavaca (HUP) u srijedu su poručili kako treba hitno definirati kriterije za isplatu minimalnih plaća i istovremeno raditi na mjerama kojima će se otpisivati dio davanja poslodavcima na svim razinama države, za vrijeme poslovne neaktivnosti.
 
Vezano uz jučer predstavljene 63 mjere Vlade za spas gospodarstva iz HUP-a naglašavaju kako fokus sada mora biti na žurnoj definiciji i provedbi kriterija po kojima će poslodavci moći pristupiti svim tim mjerama. Posebno se to, kako navode, odnosi na mikro i male tvrtke.

Kako bi se sačuvala radna mjesta i izbjegla ili značajno smanjila otpuštanja, dobro je da je Ministarstvo rada i mirovinskog sustava donijelo posebnu mjeru kojom će se financirati 100 posto troška neto minimalne plaće u tvrtkama čije je...
