Kad se zaželimo jela na žlicu prvo što nam pada na pamet je fina juha. Ništa nas ne okrijepi tako dobro kao ona. Pomaže nam u jačanju imuniteta, unosu vitamina, minerala, vlakana, antioksidansa, ali i hidratizira naš organizam, pogotovo ljeti kad je količina unosa tekućine pod posebnim povećalom. Uz još sezonsko povrće, mediteranske začine i proteine dobivene iz mesa imamo pravog saveznika za zdravlje!
Dalmatinska juha od junetine je prava ‘likarija‘. To čudo tradicije uvijek nam daje osjećaj ugode i topline. Na naše stolove servira se generacijama i ne postoji obrok s kojim bismo radije započeli tradicionalne nedjeljne ručkove. Uvijek skuhana s domaćim sastojcima i posebnom pažnjom naših majki i baka, liječi dušu i tijelo. Svi mi prije ili kasnije postanemo vjerni obožavatelji domaće juhe. Kao djeci, kuhanje juhe činilo nam se kao najkompliciranije jelo ikada. Međutim, riječ je o nekoliko pomno odabranih sastojaka i uvijek jednostavnim receptima koji se lako prate i pripremaju. Jedno je sigurno, fini okus domaće juhe ne bi bio moguć bez kvalitetnog komada mesa koji možete pronaći u Tommyju.

Juha od junetine
Sastojci:
500 g junetine
1 luk
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mrkve
2 slatke paprike
3 stabljike celera
1 tikvica
1 balancana
2 žlice brašna
1/2 dcl crnog vina
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
450 g pasirane rajčice
1/2 l junećeg temeljca
1-2 žlica maslinova ulja
Priprema:
Na srednje jaku vatru zagrijte maslinovo ulje u većem loncu pa na njemu popržite sitno narezan luk i češnjak. Kad luk uvene i sve poprimi zlatnu boju dodajte junetine pa pržite nekoliko minuta Pripazite da se meso ispeče sa svih strana.
Zatim dodajte na sitno narezane mrkvu, stabljike celera, tikvicu, balancanu i paprike. Sve pomiješajte, zalijte vinom i čim sve zakipi brzo pomiješajte pa dodajte 2 žlice brašna. Nakon minutu dodajte koncentrat rajčice, pasiranu rajčicu i junećeg ili povrtnog temeljca. Kad uzavre smanjite vatru i kuhajte otprilike 1 sat.

Kad se zaželimo jela na žlicu prvo što nam pada na pamet je fina juha. Ništa nas ne okrijepi tako dobro kao ona. Pomaže nam u jačanju imuniteta, unosu vitamina, minerala, vlakana, antioksidansa, ali i hidratizira naš organizam, pogotovo ljeti kad je količina unosa tekućine pod posebnim povećalom. Uz još sezonsko povrće, mediteranske začine i proteine dobivene iz mesa imamo pravog saveznika za zdravlje!
Dalmatinska juha od junetine je prava ‘likarija‘. To čudo tradicije uvijek nam daje osjećaj ugode i topline. Na naše stolove servira se generacijama i ne postoji obrok s kojim bismo radije započeli tradicionalne nedjeljne ručkove. Uvijek skuhana s domaćim sastojcima i posebnom pažnjom naših majki i baka, liječi dušu i tijelo. Svi mi prije ili kasnije postanemo vjerni obožavatelji domaće juhe. Danas biramo između gustih, kremastih, povrtnih, i ribljih juha pa do onih sa sezonskim namirnicama ili zanimljivim sastojcima, ali uvijek se, pomalo nostalgično, vraćamo na početak - juhu od junetine.
Kao djeci, kuhanje juhe činilo nam se kao najkompliciranije jelo ikada. Međutim, riječ je o nekoliko pomno odabranih sastojaka i uvijek jednostavnim receptima koji se lako prate i pripremaju. Jedno je sigurno, fini okus domaće juhe ne bi bio moguć bez kvalitetnog komada mesa koji možete pronaći u Tommyju.

Juha od junetine
Sastojci:
500 g junetine
1 luk
2 češnja češnjaka
2 mrkve
2 slatke paprike
3 stabljike celera
1 tikvica
1 balancana
2 žlice brašna
1/2 dcl crnog vina
1 žlica koncentrata rajčice
450 g pasirane rajčice
1/2 l junećeg temeljca
1-2 žlica maslinova ulja
Priprema:
Na srednje jaku vatru zagrijte maslinovo ulje u većem loncu pa na njemu popržite sitno narezan luk i češnjak. Kad luk uvene i sve poprimi zlatnu boju dodajte junetine pa pržite nekoliko minuta Pripazite da se meso ispeče sa svih strana.
Zatim dodajte na sitno narezane mrkvu, stabljike celera, tikvicu, balancanu i paprike. Sve pomiješajte, zalijte vinom i čim sve zakipi brzo pomiješajte pa dodajte 2 žlice brašna. Nakon minutu dodajte koncentrat rajčice, pasiranu rajčicu i junećeg ili povrtnog temeljca. Kad uzavre smanjite vatru i kuhajte otprilike 1 sat.
