Sezonu Noći vještica obogatit će i druga sezona serije “Chucky” o ubojitom lutku koja je upravo krenula s emitiranjem i prva epizoda se znakovito zove “Halloween II”.
Prva sezona je puštena u ovo doba 2021. i zabilježila je prilično dobre reakcije, tako da je nastavak bio neminovan. Chucky se fino snašao u tranziciji iz filma u seriju.
Možda i najbolje u nepreglednom nizu filmskih likova koji su postali serijski. Iznenađujuće solidna prva sezona objedinila je sve prethodne filmove iz serijala “Dječja igra”/”Chucky”, njih ukupno sedam, snimljene između 1988. i 2017. godine, ne računajući nespretni nedavni remake “Child’s Play” .
U sezoni je bilo horora i crnog humora, slično filmovima čije se mitologije držala, vjerojatno i zato što je u seriju, kao kreator, bio uključen Chuckyjev duhovni otac Don Mancini , kao i glumac Brad Dourif koji mu je udahnuo život specifičnim glasom i manijakalnim smijehom onako kako je duh serijskog ubojice Charlesa Leeja Raya obuzeo lutka.
Dakle, serija je prošla put od hororske “Dječje igre” do hororsko-komičnih filmova “Bride Of Chucky” i “Seed Of Chucky”. Tako su se u njoj mogli pojaviti i glumci iz prijašnjih filmova franšize kao Jennifer Tilly (zvijezda kultnog trilera “Preko svake mjere”) i likovi poput Chuckyjeve nevjeste Tiffany s njezinim glasom.
S Tiffany je prva sezona i završavala, a druga počinje nakon kratkog rezimea “Previously on ‘Chucky’...’. Tiffany drži na nišanu vozača autobusa Andyja (Alex Vincent ).

Ovaj vozi bus pun posjednutih Chucky lutaka koje pitaju “kad ćemo početi ubadati?”. Pratimo i Jakea (Zackary Arthur ) koji će s Devonom (Bjorgvin Arnarson ) podijeliti poljubac na rastanku.
Šest mjeseci kasnije, eto nas u vrijeme Noći vještica, kad Jake primi telefonski poziv od nepoznatog broja i ponovno se nađe u nemilosti lutka.
S druge strane žice je Chucky u sceni koja odaje počast prvom “Vrisku ”. I druga sezona nastavlja s metafilmskim referencijama kao standardnom opremom serijala od “Chuckyjeve nevjeste” naovamo kao filma koji je postavio temelje za ovu seriju.
Serija ne bježi i od metafilmskih autoreferencija, pa slušamo dijalog “Izgleda kao ‘Bride Of Chucky’... Sjećaš se tog filma? Da, s Jennifer Tilly koja je ‘Chuckyjeva nevjesta’...”.
Kako će se druga sezona razvijati i hoće li biti dostojna prve, teško je reći, ali ako se po danu Noć vještica poznaje, “Chucky 2” je potentan izbor za serijsku proslavu Halloweena.
Bundeve skrivaju Chuckyja u uvodnoj špici serije. Lutak je spreman za još jedan bal. Happy Halloween.

Sezonu Noći vještica obogatit će i druga sezona serije “Chucky” o ubojitom lutku koja je upravo krenula s emitiranjem i prva epizoda se znakovito zove “Halloween II”.
Prva sezona je puštena u ovo doba 2021. i zabilježila je prilično dobre reakcije, tako da je nastavak bio neminovan. Chucky se fino snašao u tranziciji iz filma u seriju.
Možda i najbolje u nepreglednom nizu filmskih likova koji su postali serijski. Iznenađujuće solidna prva sezona objedinila je sve prethodne filmove iz serijala “Dječja igra”/”Chucky”, njih ukupno sedam, snimljene između 1988. i 2017. godine, ne računajući nespretni nedavni remake “Child’s Play” .
U sezoni je bilo horora i crnog humora, slično filmovima čije se mitologije držala, vjerojatno i zato što je u seriju, kao kreator, bio uključen Chuckyjev duhovni otac Don Mancini , kao i glumac Brad Dourif koji mu je udahnuo život specifičnim glasom i manijakalnim smijehom onako kako je duh serijskog ubojice Charlesa Leeja Raya obuzeo lutka.
Dakle, serija je prošla put od hororske “Dječje igre” do hororsko-komičnih filmova “Bride Of Chucky” i “Seed Of Chucky”. Tako su se u njoj mogli pojaviti i glumci iz prijašnjih filmova franšize kao Jennifer Tilly (zvijezda kultnog trilera “Preko svake mjere”) i likovi poput Chuckyjeve nevjeste Tiffany s njezinim glasom.
S Tiffany je prva sezona i završavala, a druga počinje nakon kratkog rezimea “Previously on ‘Chucky’...’. Tiffany drži na nišanu vozača autobusa Andyja (Alex Vincent ).

Ovaj vozi bus pun posjednutih Chucky lutaka koje pitaju “kad ćemo početi ubadati?”. Pratimo i Jakea (Zackary Arthur ) koji će s Devonom (Bjorgvin Arnarson ) podijeliti poljubac na rastanku.
Šest mjeseci kasnije, eto nas u vrijeme Noći vještica, kad Jake primi telefonski poziv od nepoznatog broja i ponovno se nađe u nemilosti lutka.
S druge strane žice je Chucky u sceni koja odaje počast prvom “Vrisku ”. I druga sezona nastavlja s metafilmskim referencijama kao standardnom opremom serijala od “Chuckyjeve nevjeste” naovamo kao filma koji je postavio temelje za ovu seriju.
Serija ne bježi i od metafilmskih autoreferencija, pa slušamo dijalog “Izgleda kao ‘Bride Of Chucky’... Sjećaš se tog filma? Da, s Jennifer Tilly koja je ‘Chuckyjeva nevjesta’...”.
Kako će se druga sezona razvijati i hoće li biti dostojna prve, teško je reći, ali ako se po danu Noć vještica poznaje, “Chucky 2” je potentan izbor za serijsku proslavu Halloweena.
Bundeve skrivaju Chuckyja u uvodnoj špici serije. Lutak je spreman za još jedan bal. Happy Halloween.
