"Peacemaker, kakav vic", rekao je pukovnik Rick Flag na kraju prošloljetnog blockbustera "Odred otpisanih: Nova misija " režisera Jamesa Gunna ("Čuvari galaksije "), obraćajući se "mirotvorskom" antisuperjunaku u tumačenju Johna Cene .
Ništa bolje o Peacemakeru ne misle ni u ovogodišnjoj HBO Max seriji nazvanoj po njemu. "Nisi poznat", govore Peacemakeru uspoređujući tu poznatost s drugim superjunacima, mahom onim DC-jevim kojima pripada, na što se on uvrijedi pa kaže "Jebeš Aquamana " i "Batman je pičkica".
Isprike zbog prostih riječi, ali prosta je i serija kreatora Gunna dok slijedi superjunačke filmove bez dlake na jeziku, od "Kickassa " do "Deadpoola " i "Suicide Squada " koji su na televiziji inicirali poplavu nasljednika (npr. "The Boys ").
"Mirotvorac" se nastavlja direktno na "Odred otpisanih" i funkcionira kao nekakva fusnota filma. Ukoliko ste zaboravili zbivanja iz "Suicide Squada", "Peacemaker" će vas podsjetiti s onim "prethodno u 'Odredu otpisanih'...", odnoseći se prema događajima kao da su iz nekakve nulte epizode serije.
DC ide koracima Marvela ("WandaVision ", "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ", "Loki ", "Hawkeye "), ekspandirajući svoj filmski svemir i na televiziji.
Cilj je da se stvori trajna poveznica između filmova i serija, kina i TV-a, putem "spin-offova" kakav je "Mirotvorac", a u kojima jedan od članova nekog tima, poput Osvetnika ili Odreda otpisanih, dobije vlastiti projekt (idući na redu je Pingvin iz novog "Batmana ").

No, pozitivna stvar jest da "Peacemaker" nije toliko "marvelovski" premrežen referencijama na ostale DC-jeve projekte, premda će barem dva člana Lige pravde imati "cameo" pojavljivanje. Gunnova serija je fokusirana na sada i ovdje, makar potajice razmišlja o onda i ondje (budućnosti).
Zabavan je ovo komad televizije i pomaknut, samo ipak ne toliko poseban u toj pomaknutosti kao film na kojeg se nastavlja, možda i zato što se pomaknutost serijski rasteže i serija bi bila bolja i kompaktnija da je dvije epizode kraća.
Svejedno, kako neke serije znaju biti rastegnute, ovdje rastegnutost ne ubija inicijalnu zabavnost unatoč "hit&miss" humoru dok Peacemaker i šarolika škvadra "klaunova u kostimu" (ističe se njegov Robin zvani Vigilante; Freddie Stroma ), uključujući orla Eagleyja kao ljubimca, spašavaju svijet od alienske invazije.
Glumačka ekipa je okej, od seksi Jennifer Holland kao agentice Emilije Harcourt do "terminatora " Roberta Patricka u ulozi Peacemakerova oca Auggieja Smitha (s Cenom glumio u "Marincu iznad zakona"), ali titularni lik je glavna zvijezda serije.
Mišićavi Cena je dobro raspoložen za akciju i zezanciju s mrvu prepoznatljive "schwarzeneggerovske" autoironije, voli hard rock i heavy metal, od Gunsa do Cinderelle, a još uvijek misli da se drži izjave "Cijenim mir svim srcem i nije me briga koliko muškaraca, žena i djece moram ubiti da ga ostvarim", iako u ovoj seriji postaje bolja osoba nego što je to bio u filmu.
Ispod svih neozbiljnosti i otkačenosti "Mirotvorca" može se pročitati svojevrsna apologija antisuperheroja. Give Peacemaker a chance.

"Peacemaker, kakav vic", rekao je pukovnik Rick Flag na kraju prošloljetnog blockbustera "Odred otpisanih: Nova misija " režisera Jamesa Gunna ("Čuvari galaksije "), obraćajući se "mirotvorskom" antisuperjunaku u tumačenju Johna Cene .
Ništa bolje o Peacemakeru ne misle ni u ovogodišnjoj HBO Max seriji nazvanoj po njemu. "Nisi poznat", govore Peacemakeru uspoređujući tu poznatost s drugim superjunacima, mahom onim DC-jevim kojima pripada, na što se on uvrijedi pa kaže "Jebeš Aquamana " i "Batman je pičkica".
Isprike zbog prostih riječi, ali prosta je i serija kreatora Gunna dok slijedi superjunačke filmove bez dlake na jeziku, od "Kickassa " do "Deadpoola " i "Suicide Squada " koji su na televiziji inicirali poplavu nasljednika (npr. "The Boys ").
"Mirotvorac" se nastavlja direktno na "Odred otpisanih" i funkcionira kao nekakva fusnota filma. Ukoliko ste zaboravili zbivanja iz "Suicide Squada", "Peacemaker" će vas podsjetiti s onim "prethodno u 'Odredu otpisanih'...", odnoseći se prema događajima kao da su iz nekakve nulte epizode serije.
DC ide koracima Marvela ("WandaVision ", "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier ", "Loki ", "Hawkeye "), ekspandirajući svoj filmski svemir i na televiziji.
Cilj je da se stvori trajna poveznica između filmova i serija, kina i TV-a, putem "spin-offova" kakav je "Mirotvorac", a u kojima jedan od članova nekog tima, poput Osvetnika ili Odreda otpisanih, dobije vlastiti projekt (idući na redu je Pingvin iz novog "Batmana ").

No, pozitivna stvar jest da "Peacemaker" nije toliko "marvelovski" premrežen referencijama na ostale DC-jeve projekte, premda će barem dva člana Lige pravde imati "cameo" pojavljivanje. Gunnova serija je fokusirana na sada i ovdje, makar potajice razmišlja o onda i ondje (budućnosti).
Zabavan je ovo komad televizije i pomaknut, samo ipak ne toliko poseban u toj pomaknutosti kao film na kojeg se nastavlja, možda i zato što se pomaknutost serijski rasteže i serija bi bila bolja i kompaktnija da je dvije epizode kraća.
Svejedno, kako neke serije znaju biti rastegnute, ovdje rastegnutost ne ubija inicijalnu zabavnost unatoč "hit&miss" humoru dok Peacemaker i šarolika škvadra "klaunova u kostimu" (ističe se njegov Robin zvani Vigilante; Freddie Stroma ), uključujući orla Eagleyja kao ljubimca, spašavaju svijet od alienske invazije.
Glumačka ekipa je okej, od seksi Jennifer Holland kao agentice Emilije Harcourt do "terminatora " Roberta Patricka u ulozi Peacemakerova oca Auggieja Smitha (s Cenom glumio u "Marincu iznad zakona"), ali titularni lik je glavna zvijezda serije.
Mišićavi Cena je dobro raspoložen za akciju i zezanciju s mrvu prepoznatljive "schwarzeneggerovske" autoironije, voli hard rock i heavy metal, od Gunsa do Cinderelle, a još uvijek misli da se drži izjave "Cijenim mir svim srcem i nije me briga koliko muškaraca, žena i djece moram ubiti da ga ostvarim", iako u ovoj seriji postaje bolja osoba nego što je to bio u filmu.
Ispod svih neozbiljnosti i otkačenosti "Mirotvorca" može se pročitati svojevrsna apologija antisuperheroja. Give Peacemaker a chance.
