U prometnoj nesreći koja se oko 16,10 sati dogodila u Donjem polju nedaleko Šibenika na raskrižju željezničke pruge s nerazvrstanom cestom, u kojoj su sudjelovali putnički vlak i osobni automobil, lakše je ozlijeđen 74-godišnji putnik iz osobnog automobila, izvjestili su iz PU Šibensko – kninske, nakon obavljenog očevida.

Do prometne nesreće je došlo na način da se 52-godišnji njemački državljanin, koji je upravljao automobilom Volkswagen španjolskih registarskih oznaka, dolaskom do prijelaza makadamskog puta preko željezničke pruge koji je u istoj razini s kolnikom na kojem nema uređaja za zatvaranje prometa ni uređaja za davanje znakova kojima se najavljuje približavanje vlaka, nije zaustavio na prometni znak ‘Andrijin križ‘ kao niti na prometni znak ‘STOP‘ te prelazi preko željezničke pruge, a da se nije uvjerio da željezničkom prugom nailazi vlak. Usred prolaska dolazi do udara jednodijelnog putničkog vlaka u zadnji dio osobnog automobila u kojem udaru je 74-godišnji putnik zadobio lakše tjelesne ozljede i nakon liječničke obrade u Općoj bolnici u Šibeniku pušten je na kućnu njegu. Iz PU Šibensko - kninske izvjestili su također kako je vozaču automobila, zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz čl.138. st.1. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama uručen Obvezni prekršajni nalog.

U prometnoj nesreći koja se oko 16,10 sati dogodila u Donjem polju nedaleko Šibenika na raskrižju željezničke pruge s nerazvrstanom cestom, u kojoj su sudjelovali putnički vlak i osobni automobil, lakše je ozlijeđen 74-godišnji putnik iz osobnog automobila, izvjestili su iz PU Šibensko – kninske, nakon obavljenog očevida.

Do prometne nesreće je došlo na način da se 52-godišnji njemački državljanin, koji je upravljao automobilom Volkswagen španjolskih registarskih oznaka, dolaskom do prijelaza makadamskog puta preko željezničke pruge koji je u istoj razini s kolnikom na kojem nema uređaja za zatvaranje prometa ni uređaja za davanje znakova kojima se najavljuje približavanje vlaka, nije zaustavio na prometni znak ‘Andrijin križ‘ kao niti na prometni znak ‘STOP‘ te prelazi preko željezničke pruge, a da se nije uvjerio da željezničkom prugom nailazi vlak. Usred prolaska dolazi do udara jednodijelnog putničkog vlaka u zadnji dio osobnog automobila u kojem udaru je 74-godišnji putnik zadobio lakše tjelesne ozljede i nakon liječničke obrade u Općoj bolnici u Šibeniku pušten je na kućnu njegu. Iz PU Šibensko - kninske izvjestili su također kako je vozaču automobila, zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz čl.138. st.1. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama uručen Obvezni prekršajni nalog.

Lakše je ozlijeđen 74 - godišnji putnik u automobilu, a za nesreću je odgovoran 52-godišnji vozač - nije se zaustavio na prometni znak

U prometnoj nesreći koja se oko 16,10 sati dogodila u Donjem polju nedaleko Šibenika na raskrižju željezničke pruge s nerazvrstanom cestom, u kojoj su sudjelovali putnički vlak i osobni automobil, lakše je ozlijeđen 74-godišnji putnik iz osobnog automobila, izvjestili su iz PU Šibensko – kninske, nakon obavljenog očevida.

Do prometne nesreće je došlo na način da se 52-godišnji njemački državljanin, koji je upravljao automobilom Volkswagen španjolskih registarskih oznaka, dolaskom do prijelaza makadamskog puta preko željezničke pruge koji je u istoj razini s kolnikom na kojem nema uređaja za zatvaranje prometa ni uređaja za davanje znakova kojima se najavljuje približavanje vlaka, nije zaustavio na prometni znak ‘Andrijin križ‘ kao niti na prometni znak ‘STOP‘ te prelazi preko željezničke pruge, a da se nije uvjerio da željezničkom prugom nailazi vlak. Usred prolaska dolazi do udara jednodijelnog putničkog vlaka u zadnji dio osobnog automobila u kojem udaru je 74-godišnji putnik zadobio lakše tjelesne ozljede i nakon liječničke obrade u Općoj bolnici u Šibeniku pušten je na kućnu njegu. Iz PU Šibensko - kninske izvjestili su također kako je vozaču automobila, zbog počinjenog prekršaja iz čl.138. st.1. Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama uručen Obvezni prekršajni nalog.
