Samo riječi hvale imali su jedan za drugog ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat i šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić nakon sastanka održanog u šibenskoj gradskoj upravi, a tema kojeg je bilo projekt Batižele na prostoru nekadašnje Tvornice elektroda i ferolegura (TEF) u Crnici.

-Rekao bih da je to bio vrlo konstruktivan sastanak koji je iznjedrio točan algoritam dinamike daljnjih radnji koje će dovesti do pokretanja projekta Batižele. Govorimo o jednoj od najvećih brownfield investicija u Hrvatskoj. Plan i dinamika kroz sve postupke koji će se događati između države i Grada, jer smo mi sudionici u zajedničkom projektu, ima za cilj da gradnja na tom prostoru počne za dvije do dvije i pol godine. San generacija Šibenčana da na prostoru nekadašnjeg TEF-a dobiju novu gradsku četvrt, u ovom trenutku postaje konkretan i ostvariv – kazao je Burić dodajući kako će vrijednost projekta potvrditi tržište, ali je nesumnjivo riječ o investiciji teškoj nekoliko stotina milijuna eura.

-Najvažnija stvar nije vrijednost investicije, rekao bih. Bitno je da se ta crna točka na području grada i ulazu u NP Krka rješava. Poruka je i to da država i grad kada se udruže mogu riješiti i najsloženije probleme koji su tištale ovu sredinu punih 23 godine koliko je dugo bio blokiran račun te tvornice koja je sama po sebi bila svojevrsna poruka. Jer, napraviti prljavu industriju na ušću rijeke Krke, na obodnom dijelu stare gradske jezgre bila je poruka nekog drugog vremena – zaključio je Burić.

Ministar Horvat pak uvjeren je da je Burić, nastavljajući u trećem mandatu kontinuitet vlasti u Šibeniku, kvalitetno pripremio projekt Batižele.

-Ovaj sastanka definirao je vrlo jasne sljedeće korake, dionike projekta i konkretna imena koja će se u formi povjerenstva početi baviti projektom i rješavati sve probleme. U ime ministarstva, tj. države u njemu će sjediti Leon Žulj koji vodi upravu za trgovačka društva i Ivana Pintar, ravnateljica uprave za državnu imovinu koji će u svemu biti na raspolaganju gradskoj upravi. Dobra je stvar što u novoj konstrukciji Vlade imamo ministarstvo koje objedinjuje resore državne imovine, prostornog planiranja i građenja. Svi ti momenti bit će ključni da ovaj projekt dovedu do realizacije. Sam izgled prostora bit će u portfelju stručnih službi Grada Šibenika.

Država se neće "miješati". Kada ćemo imati novi urbanistički plan uređenja ovisi o gradonačelniku i Gradskom vijeću, ali je sinergija u ovom trenutku na vrlo visokom nivou. Interes i Grada i države su se poklopili. U svemu u čemu možemo pomoći Gradu stavit ćemo se na raspolaganje uključujući i financijske obveze koje smo spremni preuzeti. Prostor koji je trenutačno neiskorišten, a biser je Šibenika, prepustit ćemo u osmišljavanju onima koji će ovdje živjeti i koji će od svega toga imati najveću korist – obećao je Horvat.

Dodao je i kako ovako velik i složen projekt mora imati i svoj profesionalni menadžment koji je će se Batiželama baviti "24 sata na dan" te će, uz pomoć strateškog partnera, prostor stavi u funkciju. Istaknuo je i kako je država spremna financijski sudjelovati u čišćenju terena i uklanjanju oko 50 000 kubičnih metara troske koja se još uvijek nalazi na prostoru nekadašnje tvornice u Crnici.

Samo riječi hvale imali su jedan za drugog ministar prostornog uređenja, graditeljstva i državne imovine Darko Horvat i šibenski gradonačelnik Željko Burić nakon sastanka održanog u šibenskoj gradskoj upravi, a tema kojeg je bilo projekt Batižele na prostoru nekadašnje Tvornice elektroda i ferolegura (TEF) u Crnici.

-Rekao bih da je to bio vrlo konstruktivan sastanak koji je iznjedrio točan algoritam dinamike daljnjih radnji koje će dovesti do pokretanja projekta Batižele. Govorimo o jednoj od najvećih brownfield investicija u Hrvatskoj. Plan i dinamika kroz sve postupke koji će se događati između države i Grada, jer smo mi sudionici u zajedničkom projektu, ima za cilj da gradnja na tom prostoru počne za dvije do dvije i pol godine. San generacija Šibenčana da na prostoru nekadašnjeg TEF-a dobiju novu gradsku četvrt, u ovom trenutku postaje konkretan i ostvariv – kazao je Burić dodajući kako će vrijednost projekta potvrditi tržište, ali je nesumnjivo riječ o investiciji teškoj nekoliko stotina milijuna eura.

-Najvažnija stvar nije vrijednost investicije, rekao bih. Bitno je da se ta crna točka na području grada i ulazu u NP Krka rješava. Poruka je i to da država i grad kada se udruže mogu riješiti i najsloženije probleme koji su tištale ovu sredinu punih 23 godine koliko je dugo bio blokiran račun te tvornice koja je sama po sebi bila svojevrsna poruka. Jer, napraviti prljavu industriju na ušću rijeke Krke, na obodnom dijelu stare gradske jezgre bila je poruka nekog drugog vremena – zaključio je Burić.

Ministar Horvat pak uvjeren je da je Burić, nastavljajući u trećem mandatu kontinuitet vlasti u Šibeniku, kvalitetno pripremio projekt Batižele.

-Ovaj sastanka definirao je vrlo jasne sljedeće korake, dionike projekta i konkretna imena koja će se u formi povjerenstva početi baviti projektom i rješavati sve probleme. U ime ministarstva, tj. države u njemu će sjediti Leon Žulj koji vodi upravu za trgovačka društva i Ivana Pintar, ravnateljica uprave za državnu imovinu koji će u svemu biti na raspolaganju gradskoj upravi. Dobra je stvar što u novoj konstrukciji Vlade imamo ministarstvo koje objedinjuje resore državne imovine, prostornog planiranja i građenja. Svi ti momenti bit će ključni da ovaj projekt dovedu do realizacije. Sam izgled prostora bit će u portfelju stručnih službi Grada Šibenika.

Država se neće "miješati". Kada ćemo imati novi urbanistički plan uređenja ovisi o gradonačelniku i Gradskom vijeću, ali je sinergija u ovom trenutku na vrlo visokom nivou. Interes i Grada i države su se poklopili. U svemu u čemu možemo pomoći Gradu stavit ćemo se na raspolaganje uključujući i financijske obveze koje smo spremni preuzeti. Prostor koji je trenutačno neiskorišten, a biser je Šibenika, prepustit ćemo u osmišljavanju onima koji će ovdje živjeti i koji će od svega toga imati najveću korist – obećao je Horvat.

Dodao je i kako ovako velik i složen projekt mora imati i svoj profesionalni menadžment koji je će se Batiželama baviti "24 sata na dan" te će, uz pomoć strateškog partnera, prostor stavi u funkciju. Istaknuo je i kako je država spremna financijski sudjelovati u čišćenju terena i uklanjanju oko 50 000 kubičnih metara troske koja se još uvijek nalazi na prostoru nekadašnje tvornice u Crnici.
