Šestogodišnjoj djevojčici Kiari Goršić iz Šibenika tijekom ljeta je dijagnosticiran iznimno rijedak zloćudni tumor na mozgu. Kiara je operirana i trenutno prima radioterapiju u Zagrebu, ali treba pomoć za eksperimentalno liječenje u Americi.
Kiara je do svibnja bila potpuno zdrava i bezbrižna djevojčica kojoj je jedina briga bila kakvu će školsku torbu kupiti za prvi razred te kakvu će haljinicu nositi na prvi dan škole. Umjesto toga, Kiara se od ljeta bori za svoj život. Kiarina mama Matea Lambaša Goršić kazala je za N1 da se Kiara sad dobro osjeća.
- Od početka samih terapija u Zagrebu je dobro, sretna je, vesela i sa zadovoljstvom odlazi u bolnicu odraditi svoje obveze. Ona to jako dobro podnosi, nema umora ni mučnine - govori mama Matea.
Navodi da su Kiari prošli tjedan ukinuli koritkosteroide nakon čega je malo povraćala, što je bila normalna reakcija tijela na takvu promjenu. Dodaje da 30. ciklus terapije završava 1. studenog.
- Nakon toga planiramo ići izvan granica Republike Hrvatske jer ovdje za ovakve dijagnoze i tumore nemaju ništa osim klasičnih, konvencionalnih metoda liječanja i to se onda svede samo na palijativnu skrb, ali nijedan roditelj ne prihvaća da je to jedina mogućnost - navodi mama Matea.
Eksperimentalno liječenje za Kiaru je sad jedina nada.
- S onkologom smo pregledali istraživanja i jedino što se pokazalo uspješnim je oralna kemoterapija koja se provodi u kliničkim studijama u SAD-u. To je kod ovakvih dijagnoza pokazalo neku uspješnost u liječenju. Nitko nema čarobni štapić niti taj lijek garantira da će se ona izliječiti, ali kad su vam u Hrvatskoj rekli da nema nikakve šanse, onda biste i za najmanju šansu išli i na kraj svijeta - poručila je.
- Na početku smo se teško nosili s ovim. Imali smo potpuno zdravo dijete i odjednom čujete da vam je dijete smrtno bolesno. Svijet nam se urušio i ništa više nema smisla, ali svakodnevno dobijemo snagu od nje kad vidimo njenu pozitivnu energiju i njen napredak. Bezbroj puta mi je rekla ‘mama, ja sam ti zdrava, zločestu kuglicu su izvadili iz moje glave’. Kad vidim tu lakoću s kojom odlazi u bolnicu, pozitivnu energiju, kako to ona u svojoj glavi percipira – meni je srce puno - govori mama Matea za N1.

Šestogodišnjoj djevojčici Kiari Goršić iz Šibenika tijekom ljeta je dijagnosticiran iznimno rijedak zloćudni tumor na mozgu. Kiara je operirana i trenutno prima radioterapiju u Zagrebu, ali treba pomoć za eksperimentalno liječenje u Americi.
Kiara je do svibnja bila potpuno zdrava i bezbrižna djevojčica kojoj je jedina briga bila kakvu će školsku torbu kupiti za prvi razred te kakvu će haljinicu nositi na prvi dan škole. Umjesto toga, Kiara se od ljeta bori za svoj život. Kiarina mama Matea Lambaša Goršić kazala je za N1 da se Kiara sad dobro osjeća.
- Od početka samih terapija u Zagrebu je dobro, sretna je, vesela i sa zadovoljstvom odlazi u bolnicu odraditi svoje obveze. Ona to jako dobro podnosi, nema umora ni mučnine - govori mama Matea.
Navodi da su Kiari prošli tjedan ukinuli koritkosteroide nakon čega je malo povraćala, što je bila normalna reakcija tijela na takvu promjenu. Dodaje da 30. ciklus terapije završava 1. studenog.
- Nakon toga planiramo ići izvan granica Republike Hrvatske jer ovdje za ovakve dijagnoze i tumore nemaju ništa osim klasičnih, konvencionalnih metoda liječanja i to se onda svede samo na palijativnu skrb, ali nijedan roditelj ne prihvaća da je to jedina mogućnost - navodi mama Matea.
Eksperimentalno liječenje za Kiaru je sad jedina nada.
- S onkologom smo pregledali istraživanja i jedino što se pokazalo uspješnim je oralna kemoterapija koja se provodi u kliničkim studijama u SAD-u. To je kod ovakvih dijagnoza pokazalo neku uspješnost u liječenju. Nitko nema čarobni štapić niti taj lijek garantira da će se ona izliječiti, ali kad su vam u Hrvatskoj rekli da nema nikakve šanse, onda biste i za najmanju šansu išli i na kraj svijeta - poručila je.
- Na početku smo se teško nosili s ovim. Imali smo potpuno zdravo dijete i odjednom čujete da vam je dijete smrtno bolesno. Svijet nam se urušio i ništa više nema smisla, ali svakodnevno dobijemo snagu od nje kad vidimo njenu pozitivnu energiju i njen napredak. Bezbroj puta mi je rekla ‘mama, ja sam ti zdrava, zločestu kuglicu su izvadili iz moje glave’. Kad vidim tu lakoću s kojom odlazi u bolnicu, pozitivnu energiju, kako to ona u svojoj glavi percipira – meni je srce puno - govori mama Matea za N1.
