Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš izjavio je u subotu kako je pilotiranjem novog modela testiranja raka vrata maternice kod 10 % žena na vrijeme otkrivena ta maligna bolest koja se svaki dan dijagnosticira jednoj ženi, a svaki treći dan od njega jedna umire.
"Oštrim zaokretom prema prevenciji na ovaj javnozdravstveni izazov Vlada i zdravstvena administracija odgovara revidiranjem Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice uz novi model testiranja koji je sam začetak bolesti otkrio kod 10 % žena na regionalnoj razini i time unaprijedio ishode liječenja", priopćilo je Ministarstvo zdravstva.
Ove subote obilježava se Dan mimoza, nacionalni dan prevencije raka vrata maternice te Europski tjedan prevencije raka vrata maternice koji završava u nedjelju. 
Beroš ističe da preliminarni podaci pilot projekta u Virovitičko – podravskoj županiji u sklopu kojeg se uz papa test za žene u dobi od 20 do 29 godina, koristio test na HPV kao primarni test probira za žene u dobi od 30 do 64 godine, jasno pokazuje da smo na tragu dobrog modela koji će uskoro zaživjeti u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
Prema procjenama Europske komisije za 2022. godinu, u usporedbi sa zemljama članicama EU, Hrvatska se nalazi na 11. mjestu po incidenciji te 12. mjestu po smrtnosti od raka vrata maternice.
Ove brojke se mogu dodatno poboljšati uspostavljanjem novog modela Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice, ali i cijepljenjem protiv humanog papiloma virusa (HPV) koji je jedan od glavnih uzročnika raka vrata maternice.
Prema posljednjim podacima Registra za rak, u 2021. je trećina novooboljelih žena bila mlađa od 50 godina, a rak vrata maternice je treće sijelo raka žena u dobi od 30 do 39 godina, iza raka dojke i raka štitnjače.
Prema podacima o smrtnosti, u 2022. od raka vrata maternice u Hrvatskoj je umrlo 109 žena, od kojih je trećina bila mlađa od 60 godina.
S obzirom da se, za razliku od većine drugih sijela raka, rak vrata maternice javlja u nešto mlađoj dobi, pomaknuta je granica modela testiranja na 30 godina te se u suradnji s Hrvatskim zavodom za javno zdravstvo provodi cijepljenje protiv HPV-a kao dio Nacionalnog programa cijepljenja za svu djecu od 5. do 8. razreda osnovne škole. Mogu se cijepiti i dječaci i djevojčice od 9 do 25 godina, stoji u priopćenju.
"Stoga apeliram na roditelje, djecu i mlade da koriste te dobrobiti suvremene medicine te da se odazivaju i na još jedan reformski projekt  - preventivne zdravstvene preglede, jer time brinu o svojem zdravlju i sprječavaju mogućnost pojave raka, uključujući i rak vrata maternice. Jer, zdravlje je prvo“, istaknuo je ministar Beroš.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš izjavio je u subotu kako je pilotiranjem novog modela testiranja raka vrata maternice kod 10 % žena na vrijeme otkrivena ta maligna bolest koja se svaki dan dijagnosticira jednoj ženi, a svaki treći dan od njega jedna umire.
"Oštrim zaokretom prema prevenciji na ovaj javnozdravstveni izazov Vlada i zdravstvena administracija odgovara revidiranjem Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice uz novi model testiranja koji je sam začetak bolesti otkrio kod 10 % žena na regionalnoj razini i time unaprijedio ishode liječenja", priopćilo je Ministarstvo zdravstva.
Ove subote obilježava se Dan mimoza, nacionalni dan prevencije raka vrata maternice te Europski tjedan prevencije raka vrata maternice koji završava u nedjelju. 
Beroš ističe da preliminarni podaci pilot projekta u Virovitičko – podravskoj županiji u sklopu kojeg se uz papa test za žene u dobi od 20 do 29 godina, koristio test na HPV kao primarni test probira za žene u dobi od 30 do 64 godine, jasno pokazuje da smo na tragu dobrog modela koji će uskoro zaživjeti u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
Prema procjenama Europske komisije za 2022. godinu, u usporedbi sa zemljama članicama EU, Hrvatska se nalazi na 11. mjestu po incidenciji te 12. mjestu po smrtnosti od raka vrata maternice.
Ove brojke se mogu dodatno poboljšati uspostavljanjem novog modela Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice, ali i cijepljenjem protiv humanog papiloma virusa (HPV) koji je jedan od glavnih uzročnika raka vrata maternice.
Prema posljednjim podacima Registra za rak, u 2021. je trećina novooboljelih žena bila mlađa od 50 godina, a rak vrata maternice je treće sijelo raka žena u dobi od 30 do 39 godina, iza raka dojke i raka štitnjače.
Prema podacima o smrtnosti, u 2022. od raka vrata maternice u Hrvatskoj je umrlo 109 žena, od kojih je trećina bila mlađa od 60 godina.
S obzirom da se, za razliku od većine drugih sijela raka, rak vrata maternice javlja u nešto mlađoj dobi, pomaknuta je granica modela testiranja na 30 godina te se u suradnji s Hrvatskim zavodom za javno zdravstvo provodi cijepljenje protiv HPV-a kao dio Nacionalnog programa cijepljenja za svu djecu od 5. do 8. razreda osnovne škole. Mogu se cijepiti i dječaci i djevojčice od 9 do 25 godina, stoji u priopćenju.
"Stoga apeliram na roditelje, djecu i mlade da koriste te dobrobiti suvremene medicine te da se odazivaju i na još jedan reformski projekt  - preventivne zdravstvene preglede, jer time brinu o svojem zdravlju i sprječavaju mogućnost pojave raka, uključujući i rak vrata maternice. Jer, zdravlje je prvo“, istaknuo je ministar Beroš.

Novim modelom testiranja u Hrvatskoj kod 10% žena na vrijeme otkriven rak vrata maternice

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš izjavio je u subotu kako je pilotiranjem novog modela testiranja raka vrata maternice kod 10 % žena na vrijeme otkrivena ta maligna bolest koja se svaki dan dijagnosticira jednoj ženi, a svaki treći dan od njega jedna umire.
"Oštrim zaokretom prema prevenciji na ovaj javnozdravstveni izazov Vlada i zdravstvena administracija odgovara revidiranjem Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice uz novi model testiranja koji je sam začetak bolesti otkrio kod 10 % žena na regionalnoj razini i time unaprijedio ishode liječenja", priopćilo je Ministarstvo zdravstva.
Ove subote obilježava se Dan mimoza, nacionalni dan prevencije raka vrata maternice te Europski tjedan prevencije raka vrata maternice koji završava u nedjelju. 
Beroš ističe da preliminarni podaci pilot projekta u Virovitičko – podravskoj županiji u sklopu kojeg se uz papa test za žene u dobi od 20 do 29 godina, koristio test na HPV kao primarni test probira za žene u dobi od 30 do 64 godine, jasno pokazuje da smo na tragu dobrog modela koji će uskoro zaživjeti u cijeloj Hrvatskoj.
Prema procjenama Europske komisije za 2022. godinu, u usporedbi sa zemljama članicama EU, Hrvatska se nalazi na 11. mjestu po incidenciji te 12. mjestu po smrtnosti od raka vrata maternice.
Ove brojke se mogu dodatno poboljšati uspostavljanjem novog modela Nacionalnog programa ranog otkrivanja raka maternice, ali i cijepljenjem protiv humanog papiloma virusa (HPV) koji je jedan od glavnih uzročnika raka vrata maternice.
