Stručnjaci često upozoravaju da se u klimatiziranom prostoru, bilo da je riječ o automobilu ili domu, treba održavati temperatura koja je šest do sedam stupnjeva niža od vanjske jer toliku temperaturnu razliku naš organizam dobro podnosi te na taj način izbjegavamo temperaturni šok kad, na primjer, iz jako rashlađenog prostora izađemo van na vrućinu.

Poseban oprez

Također treba biti oprezan pri ulasku u hladnu vodu kad je tijelo jako zagrijano jer i to može biti fatalno.

- Izuzetno je važno prilagoditi temperaturu prostora u kojem se boravi. Srčanim bolesnicima preporučuje se izlazak samo ujutro i navečer, a tijekom dana trebali bi boraviti u klimatiziranim prostorijama s temperaturom između 22 i 24°C. Preporučuje se da razlika u temperaturi unutarnjeg i vanjskog prostora ne bude veća od 7°C.

Ako je temperatura tijela slična temperaturi zraka, ono se hladi isparavanjem, što može djelovati nepovoljno na srčani ritam i prouzročiti dehidraciju i grčeve. No, prevelike oscilacije u temperaturi u kratkom roku nikako se ne preporučuju. Naime, zbog naglog hlađenja dolazi do sužavanja arterija, što može uzrokovati infarkt ili aritmiju, piše Živim.

Infarkt

Na primjer, kad osoba naglo skoči u more čija je temperatura i do 15-ak stupnjeva niža od temperature zraka, u slučaju da ima neprepoznatu srčanu bolest, primjerice koronarnu bolest srca, te nema tegobe u normalnim uvjetima pa većinom nije svjesna svoje bolesti, pri izlaganju ekstremnim razlikama u temperaturi može doživjeti negativne posljedice poput infarkta miokarda - upozorava dr. Dubravka Šušnjar, kardiologinja u KB-u Dubrava.

Nekoliko sati vožnje autom ili autobusom do mora možda se ne čini dugo ni naporno, no za srčane bolesnike i to može biti opasno ako ne rade česte stanke.

Naime, kako kaže dr. Šušnjar, svako dugo sjedenje kod srčanih bolesnika može dovesti do nakupljanja tekućine u donjim ekstremitetima, što dovodi do oteklina nogu i samim time do zastoja krvi, pri čemu mogu nastati i ugrušci koji dovode do tromboze. Stoga se srčanim bolesnicima pri dugim vožnjama preporučuje češće zaustavljanje i kraće hodanje.

Stručnjaci često upozoravaju da se u klimatiziranom prostoru, bilo da je riječ o automobilu ili domu, treba održavati temperatura koja je šest do sedam stupnjeva niža od vanjske jer toliku temperaturnu razliku naš organizam dobro podnosi te na taj način izbjegavamo temperaturni šok kad, na primjer, iz jako rashlađenog prostora izađemo van na vrućinu.

Poseban oprez

Također treba biti oprezan pri ulasku u hladnu vodu kad je tijelo jako zagrijano jer i to može biti fatalno.

- Izuzetno je važno prilagoditi temperaturu prostora u kojem se boravi. Srčanim bolesnicima preporučuje se izlazak samo ujutro i navečer, a tijekom dana trebali bi boraviti u klimatiziranim prostorijama s temperaturom između 22 i 24°C. Preporučuje se da razlika u temperaturi unutarnjeg i vanjskog prostora ne bude veća od 7°C.

Ako je temperatura tijela slična temperaturi zraka, ono se hladi isparavanjem, što može djelovati nepovoljno na srčani ritam i prouzročiti dehidraciju i grčeve. No, prevelike oscilacije u temperaturi u kratkom roku nikako se ne preporučuju. Naime, zbog naglog hlađenja dolazi do sužavanja arterija, što može uzrokovati infarkt ili aritmiju, piše Živim.

Infarkt

Na primjer, kad osoba naglo skoči u more čija je temperatura i do 15-ak stupnjeva niža od temperature zraka, u slučaju da ima neprepoznatu srčanu bolest, primjerice koronarnu bolest srca, te nema tegobe u normalnim uvjetima pa većinom nije svjesna svoje bolesti, pri izlaganju ekstremnim razlikama u temperaturi može doživjeti negativne posljedice poput infarkta miokarda - upozorava dr. Dubravka Šušnjar, kardiologinja u KB-u Dubrava.

Nekoliko sati vožnje autom ili autobusom do mora možda se ne čini dugo ni naporno, no za srčane bolesnike i to može biti opasno ako ne rade česte stanke.

Naime, kako kaže dr. Šušnjar, svako dugo sjedenje kod srčanih bolesnika može dovesti do nakupljanja tekućine u donjim ekstremitetima, što dovodi do oteklina nogu i samim time do zastoja krvi, pri čemu mogu nastati i ugrušci koji dovode do tromboze. Stoga se srčanim bolesnicima pri dugim vožnjama preporučuje češće zaustavljanje i kraće hodanje.

Stručnjaci često upozoravaju da se u klimatiziranom prostoru, bilo da je riječ o automobilu ili domu, treba održavati temperatura koja je šest do sedam stupnjeva niža od vanjske jer toliku temperaturnu razliku naš organizam dobro podnosi te na taj način izbjegavamo temperaturni šok kad, na primjer, iz jako rashlađenog prostora izađemo van na vrućinu.

Poseban oprez

Također treba biti oprezan pri ulasku u hladnu vodu kad je tijelo jako zagrijano jer i to može biti fatalno.

- Izuzetno je važno prilagoditi temperaturu prostora u kojem se boravi. Srčanim bolesnicima preporučuje se izlazak samo ujutro i navečer, a tijekom dana trebali bi boraviti u klimatiziranim prostorijama s temperaturom između 22 i 24°C. Preporučuje se da razlika u temperaturi unutarnjeg i vanjskog prostora ne bude veća od 7°C.

Ako je temperatura tijela slična temperaturi zraka, ono se hladi isparavanjem, što može djelovati nepovoljno na srčani ritam i prouzročiti dehidraciju i grčeve. No, prevelike oscilacije u temperaturi u kratkom roku nikako se ne preporučuju. Naime, zbog naglog hlađenja dolazi do sužavanja arterija, što može uzrokovati infarkt ili aritmiju, piše Živim.

Infarkt

Na primjer, kad osoba naglo skoči u more čija je temperatura i do 15-ak stupnjeva niža od temperature zraka, u slučaju da ima neprepoznatu srčanu bolest, primjerice koronarnu bolest srca, te nema tegobe u normalnim uvjetima pa većinom nije svjesna svoje bolesti, pri izlaganju ekstremnim razlikama u temperaturi može doživjeti negativne posljedice poput infarkta miokarda - upozorava dr. Dubravka Šušnjar, kardiologinja u KB-u Dubrava.

Nekoliko sati vožnje autom ili autobusom do mora možda se ne čini dugo ni naporno, no za srčane bolesnike i to može biti opasno ako ne rade česte stanke.

Naime, kako kaže dr. Šušnjar, svako dugo sjedenje kod srčanih bolesnika može dovesti do nakupljanja tekućine u donjim ekstremitetima, što dovodi do oteklina nogu i samim time do zastoja krvi, pri čemu mogu nastati i ugrušci koji dovode do tromboze. Stoga se srčanim bolesnicima pri dugim vožnjama preporučuje češće zaustavljanje i kraće hodanje.
