"Ako bismo startali u srpnju, mogli bi imati sezonu sa 19 utrka. To ne bi bilo lako. Tri utrke, pa slobodan vikend, tri utrke pa opet slobodan vikend. Razmatramo sve mogućnosti i logistiku", rekao je izvršni direktor Formule 1 Ross Brawn za Sky.

Ponovio je kako jedan od najvećih problema predstavljaju putovanja, dodavši kako bi prvi put u povijesti formule 1 neka od utrka mogla biti održana bez gledatelja.

"Mislimo da bi start u Europi mogao biti povoljan, ali bio bi to događaj zatvorenog tipa. To nije sjajno, ali mislim da je bolje nego da uopće nema utrka. Moramo se sjetiti da milijuni ljudi koji prate sport sjede kod kuće. Nema smisla početi i ponovo se zaustaviti na neko vrijeme," naveo je F1 šef otkrivši detalje.

"Imali bi zatvoreno okruženje u kojem ekipe dolaze čarterima, mi ih dopremimo do trkališta, osiguramo da su svi testirani na koronavirus, da su zdravi, da nema rizika i da utrka bude bez gledatelja," pojasnio je.

Sezona u formuli 1 je trebala početi 15. ožujka u Australiji, ali je početak odgođen zbog epidemije koronavirusa.

Do sada je odgođeno već devet utrka, a prva iduća u kalendaru je Velika nagrada Francuske 28. lipnja. Do sada su otkazane utrke u Australiji, Monaku, Bahreinu, Kini, Vijetnamu, Nizozemskoj, Španjolskoj, Azerbajdžanu i Kanadi.

Postoji i opcija da se sezona završi u sječnju iduće godine.

"Osam utrka je minimum za priznavanje svjetskog prvenstva. Postoji opcija da počnemo u listopadu, ali i opcija da uđemo u iduću godinu, da završimo u siječnju," zaključio je Brawn.

"Mislimo da bi start u Europi mogao biti povoljan, ali bio bi to događaj zatvorenog tipa. To nije sjajno, ali mislim da je bolje nego da uopće nema utrka. Moramo se sjetiti da milijuni ljudi koji prate sport sjede kod kuće. Nema smisla početi i ponovo se zaustaviti na neko vrijeme," naveo je F1 šef otkrivši detalje.

"Imali bi zatvoreno okruženje u kojem ekipe dolaze čarterima, mi ih dopremimo do trkališta, osiguramo da su svi testirani na koronavirus, da su zdravi, da nema rizika i da utrka bude bez gledatelja," pojasnio je.

Sezona u formuli 1 je trebala početi 15. ožujka u Australiji, ali je početak odgođen zbog epidemije koronavirusa.

Do sada je odgođeno već devet utrka, a prva iduća u kalendaru je Velika nagrada Francuske 28. lipnja. Do sada su otkazane utrke u Australiji, Monaku, Bahreinu, Kini, Vijetnamu, Nizozemskoj, Španjolskoj, Azerbajdžanu i Kanadi.

Postoji i opcija da se sezona završi u sječnju iduće godine.

"Osam utrka je minimum za priznavanje svjetskog prvenstva. Postoji opcija da počnemo u listopadu, ali i opcija da uđemo u iduću godinu, da završimo u siječnju," zaključio je Brawn.
