Američka akademija za dermatologiju navodi da se na noktima mogu vidjeti tihi znakovi melanoma, raka kože. Iako je rijetkost da se rak kože, uključujući melanom, razvije ispod i oko noktiju, to se događa.

Prema akademiji, postoji pet znakova na koje morate obratiti pažnju na noktima, a koji mogu ukazivati na melanom, piše b92.

Tamna pruga – može se pojaviti kao smeđa ili crna traka na noktu. Najčešće se pojavljuje na palcu vaše dominantne ruke ili stopala. Međutim, može se pojaviti na bilo kojem noktu.

Tamna koža u blizini nokta – prema Američkoj akademiji za dermatologiju, kada koža oko nokta postane tamnija, to može biti znak uznapredovalog melanoma.

Podizanje nokta – nokat koji se odvaja od kože može biti znak ove teške bolesti.

"Kada se to dogodi, vaš se nokat počinje odvajati od kože. Bijeli slobodni rub na vrhu nokta će izgledati duži kako se nokat podiže", rekli su iz akademije.

Pucanje noktiju – Još jedan znak melanoma može biti pucanje u sredini nokta.

Kvržica ispod nokta – Obratite pozornost ako primijetite kvržicu ispod nokta. Ovaj fenomen može biti popraćen trakom boje koja može biti široka i nepravilna ili tamna i uska.

"Dobra vijest je da je melanom, čak i na noktima, vrlo izlječiv ako se rano uhvati", navodi Američka akademija za dermatologiju, piše b92.

Zato je korisno znati na što pripaziti i redovito provjeravati svoje nokte, a poželjno je obratiti pažnju i na druga manje uočljiva područja, poput linije kose, iza ušiju, tabana i ruku.

Američka akademija za dermatologiju navodi da se na noktima mogu vidjeti tihi znakovi melanoma, raka kože. Iako je rijetkost da se rak kože, uključujući melanom, razvije ispod i oko noktiju, to se događa.

Prema akademiji, postoji pet znakova na koje morate obratiti pažnju na noktima, a koji mogu ukazivati na melanom, piše b92.

Tamna pruga – može se pojaviti kao smeđa ili crna traka na noktu. Najčešće se pojavljuje na palcu vaše dominantne ruke ili stopala. Međutim, može se pojaviti na bilo kojem noktu.

Tamna koža u blizini nokta – prema Američkoj akademiji za dermatologiju, kada koža oko nokta postane tamnija, to može biti znak uznapredovalog melanoma.

Podizanje nokta – nokat koji se odvaja od kože može biti znak ove teške bolesti.

"Kada se to dogodi, vaš se nokat počinje odvajati od kože. Bijeli slobodni rub na vrhu nokta će izgledati duži kako se nokat podiže", rekli su iz akademije.

Pucanje noktiju – Još jedan znak melanoma može biti pucanje u sredini nokta.

Kvržica ispod nokta – Obratite pozornost ako primijetite kvržicu ispod nokta. Ovaj fenomen može biti popraćen trakom boje koja može biti široka i nepravilna ili tamna i uska.

"Dobra vijest je da je melanom, čak i na noktima, vrlo izlječiv ako se rano uhvati", navodi Američka akademija za dermatologiju, piše b92.

Zato je korisno znati na što pripaziti i redovito provjeravati svoje nokte, a poželjno je obratiti pažnju i na druga manje uočljiva područja, poput linije kose, iza ušiju, tabana i ruku.
