Uskrs je pred vratima, a u moru slanih i slatkih specijaliteta jedan od glavnih simbola je upravo sirnica koja je s razlogom nezaobilazan djelić tradicije.

Dok se u nekim našim obiteljima sirnica još uvijek priprema prema provjerenim starinskim recepturama, mnogima je ipak jednostavnije opskrbiti se kupovnim poslasticama. Zato smo odlučili degustirati pet prominentnih sirnica iz Splita i potrudili smo se da budu različitog cjenovnog ranga i prilagođene svim nepcima.

Prva sirnica simboličnog naziva dolazi iz splitske ‘Tradicije‘, a naše kušačice - Nataša Bakotić, Anamaria Mikulić i Jelena Banovac - nisu štedjele na komplimentima i nizali su se komentari kako ih neodoljivo podsjeća na miris bakine kužine.

Nakon visoko postavljene ljestvice na red je došla poznata ‘Prerada‘ te čuveno ‘Zrno ljubavi‘. Članice našeg žirija su odmah na prvu pohvalile količinu cukra na kojem se nije štedjelo, a bome tražio se i zalogaj više.

Sljedeća sirnica došla je iz ‘Lidla‘, lijepo upakirana u celofan i cjenovno pristupačna za svaki džep, no nakon prethodno kušane sirnice ova je ipak bila svojevrsno prizemljenje.

Dolazi li šećer doista na kraju provjerili smo na primjeru sirnice iz poznate slastičarnice ‘Luka‘, nakon čega smo došli do finalne odluke koja nije pala jednoglasno, ali jest demokratski.

Uskrs je pred vratima, a u moru slanih i slatkih specijaliteta jedan od glavnih simbola je upravo sirnica koja je s razlogom nezaobilazan djelić tradicije.

Dok se u nekim našim obiteljima sirnica još uvijek priprema prema provjerenim starinskim recepturama, mnogima je ipak jednostavnije opskrbiti se kupovnim poslasticama. Zato smo odlučili degustirati pet prominentnih sirnica iz Splita i potrudili smo se da budu različitog cjenovnog ranga i prilagođene svim nepcima.

Prva sirnica simboličnog naziva dolazi iz splitske ‘Tradicije‘, a naše kušačice - Nataša Bakotić, Anamaria Mikulić i Jelena Banovac - nisu štedjele na komplimentima i nizali su se komentari kako ih neodoljivo podsjeća na miris bakine kužine.

Nakon visoko postavljene ljestvice na red je došla poznata ‘Prerada‘ te čuveno ‘Zrno ljubavi‘. Članice našeg žirija su odmah na prvu pohvalile količinu cukra na kojem se nije štedjelo, a bome tražio se i zalogaj više.

Sljedeća sirnica došla je iz ‘Lidla‘, lijepo upakirana u celofan i cjenovno pristupačna za svaki džep, no nakon prethodno kušane sirnice ova je ipak bila svojevrsno prizemljenje.

Dolazi li šećer doista na kraju provjerili smo na primjeru sirnice iz poznate slastičarnice ‘Luka‘, nakon čega smo došli do finalne odluke koja nije pala jednoglasno, ali jest demokratski.

Tko nudi najbolje sirnice u Splitu? Dali smo se u potragu, ali jedna nas je duboko razočarala: ‘Jel‘ ovo od prekjučer?!‘

Uskrs je pred vratima, a u moru slanih i slatkih specijaliteta jedan od glavnih simbola je upravo sirnica koja je s razlogom nezaobilazan djelić tradicije.

Dok se u nekim našim obiteljima sirnica još uvijek priprema prema provjerenim starinskim recepturama, mnogima je ipak jednostavnije opskrbiti se kupovnim poslasticama. Zato smo odlučili degustirati pet prominentnih sirnica iz Splita i potrudili smo se da budu različitog cjenovnog ranga i prilagođene svim nepcima.

Prva sirnica simboličnog naziva dolazi iz splitske ‘Tradicije‘, a naše kušačice - Nataša Bakotić, Anamaria Mikulić i Jelena Banovac - nisu štedjele na komplimentima i nizali su se komentari kako ih neodoljivo podsjeća na miris bakine kužine.

Nakon visoko postavljene ljestvice na red je došla poznata ‘Prerada‘ te čuveno ‘Zrno ljubavi‘. Članice našeg žirija su odmah na prvu pohvalile količinu cukra na kojem se nije štedjelo, a bome tražio se i zalogaj više.

Sljedeća sirnica došla je iz ‘Lidla‘, lijepo upakirana u celofan i cjenovno pristupačna za svaki džep, no nakon prethodno kušane sirnice ova je ipak bila svojevrsno prizemljenje.

Dolazi li šećer doista na kraju provjerili smo na primjeru sirnice iz poznate slastičarnice ‘Luka‘, nakon čega smo došli do finalne odluke koja nije pala jednoglasno, ali jest demokratski.
