Igor Rogan iz Zemuna godinama ljetuje u Turskoj, pa je i ove godine ljetnji odmor želio provesti u toj zemlji, prije svega zbog bogatoga programa za djecu. Nije ni slutio da će mu se "all inclusive" hotel s pet zvjezdica pretvoriti u noćnu moru.

On je ljetovao u Kemeru, a nakon ovogodišnjeg iskustva, vrlo je vjerojatno da će proći neko vrijeme dok se ne odluči ponovno posjetiti tursku obalu.

S trudnom suprugom i trojicom sinova odlučio je ljetovati preko jedne turističke agencije, i na osnovi njihove ponude na web stranici su rezervirali hotel s pet zvjezdica "ultra all inclusive" varijantu, koju su za sedam dana platili 3.600 eura. Na web stranici je pisalo da se u okviru hotela nalaze dva akvaparka i da se mogu oba koristiti. Kako priznaje, to im je bilo vrlo bitno zbog djece i njihove zabave na ljetovanju.

Međutim, od trenutka kada su stigli u Kemer počela je saga.

"Mi dolazimo u hotel 23. lipnja (do 30. lipnja je trajalo putovanje) i na recepciji hotela saznajemo da pola sadržaja koji se nalazi na web stranici agencije ne postoji. Hotel se razdvojio prošle godine i sada su to dva hotela i onaj dio s akvaparkom, koji je bio predviđen za malu djecu ne postoji, ne možemo ga koristiti. Imamo samo jedan akvapark, koji je ekstremni, a koji djeca ne mogu koristiti", rekao je Igor za B92.net, prenosi Mondo.

To je bio samo početak.

"Tu počinje čitava saga s njima. Hrana je bila užasna, 50 minuta smo čekali u redu da bilo što jedemo. Tuče su bile za meso. Hranili smo se u McDonald'su u Kemeru, jer nismo mogli doći do obroka u restoranu, jer kada bismo došli na red, više ničega ne bi bilo", rekao je Rogan. Dodao je da je on krenuo na put automobilom, dok je njegova supruga s djecom otišla avionom. Osim hrane i već očiglednog saznanja da hotel nema dva akvaparka, kako je stajalo u opisu ponude, obitelj Rogan nije bila zadovoljna ni čistoćom u čitavom hotelu.

"Reakciju smo uputili prve večeri, kada smo vidjeli kakva je situacija. U zakonskom roku smo se obratili vodiču, koji je rekao da otvaraju kancelarije sutra u 9 i da se tada jave", otkrio je Rogan.

'Nemoralna zamjenska ponuda'

Sutradan su ih dočekale dvije ponude: ili da ih premjeste u jeftiniji hotel bez doplate ili da ih premjeste u hotel u Beleku, ali uz doplatu od 1.500 eura.

"Sramota je to što ste nam ponudili. Sramota za to jeftinije, a za ovo skuplje ću vam doplatiti i 500 eura za obje obitelji", rekao je Igor odmah vodiču, ali mu je gospodin odgovorio da ta opcija nije izvodljiva.

Odmor iz snova koji su sanjali pretvorio se u noćnu moru.

Kada su se vratili s ljetovanja, prvo su napisali žalbu i prijavili inspekciji slučaj, te stupili u kontakt s Republičkom unijom potrošača. Kako je Igor priznao, od trenutka kad su počele prve žalbe, agencija je nekoliko puta sklanjala i ponovo stavljala sporni hotel u svoju ponudu.

U trenutku razgovora s redakcijom portala B92.net Igor je bio kod odvjetnika, gdje je pripremao opomenu pred tužbu:

"Moj zahtjev je da se vrati sav novac, to je dio materijalne štete. Odlučio sam se na taj hotel zbog njihovog lažnog predstavljanja. Moja misija je da budu kažnjeni za svoje ponašanje." Kako kaže, novac mu nije satisfakcija i zna da je moguće da prođu godine dok pravda ne bude zadovoljena.

"Dobio, ne dobio, to dugujem djeci koja su potencijalno mogla biti gladna, da nisam bio s automobilom", završava priču nezadovoljni turist, izvještava B92.net, prenosi Mondo.

Igor Rogan iz Zemuna godinama ljetuje u Turskoj, pa je i ove godine ljetnji odmor želio provesti u toj zemlji, prije svega zbog bogatoga programa za djecu. Nije ni slutio da će mu se "all inclusive" hotel s pet zvjezdica pretvoriti u noćnu moru.

On je ljetovao u Kemeru, a nakon ovogodišnjeg iskustva, vrlo je vjerojatno da će proći neko vrijeme dok se ne odluči ponovno posjetiti tursku obalu.

S trudnom suprugom i trojicom sinova odlučio je ljetovati preko jedne turističke agencije, i na osnovi njihove ponude na web stranici su rezervirali hotel s pet zvjezdica "ultra all inclusive" varijantu, koju su za sedam dana platili 3.600 eura. Na web stranici je pisalo da se u okviru hotela nalaze dva akvaparka i da se mogu oba koristiti. Kako priznaje, to im je bilo vrlo bitno zbog djece i njihove zabave na ljetovanju.

Međutim, od trenutka kada su stigli u Kemer počela je saga.

"Mi dolazimo u hotel 23. lipnja (do 30. lipnja je trajalo putovanje) i na recepciji hotela saznajemo da pola sadržaja koji se nalazi na web stranici agencije ne postoji. Hotel se razdvojio prošle godine i sada su to dva hotela i onaj dio s akvaparkom, koji je bio predviđen za malu djecu ne postoji, ne možemo ga koristiti. Imamo samo jedan akvapark, koji je ekstremni, a koji djeca ne mogu koristiti", rekao je Igor za B92.net, prenosi Mondo.

To je bio samo početak.

"Tu počinje čitava saga s njima. Hrana je bila užasna, 50 minuta smo čekali u redu da bilo što jedemo. Tuče su bile za meso. Hranili smo se u McDonald'su u Kemeru, jer nismo mogli doći do obroka u restoranu, jer kada bismo došli na red, više ničega ne bi bilo", rekao je Rogan. Dodao je da je on krenuo na put automobilom, dok je njegova supruga s djecom otišla avionom. Osim hrane i već očiglednog saznanja da hotel nema dva akvaparka, kako je stajalo u opisu ponude, obitelj Rogan nije bila zadovoljna ni čistoćom u čitavom hotelu.

"Reakciju smo uputili prve večeri, kada smo vidjeli kakva je situacija. U zakonskom roku smo se obratili vodiču, koji je rekao da otvaraju kancelarije sutra u 9 i da se tada jave", otkrio je Rogan.

'Nemoralna zamjenska ponuda'

Sutradan su ih dočekale dvije ponude: ili da ih premjeste u jeftiniji hotel bez doplate ili da ih premjeste u hotel u Beleku, ali uz doplatu od 1.500 eura.

"Sramota je to što ste nam ponudili. Sramota za to jeftinije, a za ovo skuplje ću vam doplatiti i 500 eura za obje obitelji", rekao je Igor odmah vodiču, ali mu je gospodin odgovorio da ta opcija nije izvodljiva.

Odmor iz snova koji su sanjali pretvorio se u noćnu moru.

Kada su se vratili s ljetovanja, prvo su napisali žalbu i prijavili inspekciji slučaj, te stupili u kontakt s Republičkom unijom potrošača. Kako je Igor priznao, od trenutka kad su počele prve žalbe, agencija je nekoliko puta sklanjala i ponovo stavljala sporni hotel u svoju ponudu.

U trenutku razgovora s redakcijom portala B92.net Igor je bio kod odvjetnika, gdje je pripremao opomenu pred tužbu:

"Moj zahtjev je da se vrati sav novac, to je dio materijalne štete. Odlučio sam se na taj hotel zbog njihovog lažnog predstavljanja. Moja misija je da budu kažnjeni za svoje ponašanje." Kako kaže, novac mu nije satisfakcija i zna da je moguće da prođu godine dok pravda ne bude zadovoljena.

"Dobio, ne dobio, to dugujem djeci koja su potencijalno mogla biti gladna, da nisam bio s automobilom", završava priču nezadovoljni turist, izvještava B92.net, prenosi Mondo.
