"Salonit" u stečaju iz Vranjica ostao je bez kruga bivše istoimene tvornice azbestno-cementnih proizvoda u Krešimirovoj ulici.

Naime, Valentin Jakovac, stečajni upravitelj "Salonita", krajem rujna 2022. godine potpisao je zapisnik o predaji bivše tvornice svom kolegi Mateu Ercegu, stečajnom upravitelju "Novog Salonita", nad kojim se stečaj vodi u Zagrebu.

Tvornički krug upisan je, naime, u temeljni kapital "Novog Salonita", koji je osnovao "Salonit", a primopredaja te imovine obavljena je na temelju pravomoćne presude Trgovačkog suda u Splitu iz listopada 2021. godine.

Prostori nekadašnje tvornice otprije su iznajmljeni raznim tvrtkama. Stečajni upravitelj Jakovac je, nakon imenovanja na tu funkciju u "Salonitu" krajem ožujka ove godine, na četiri mjeseca zaposlio osobu da mu dostavi detaljno izvješće o stanju tvorničkoga kruga, i to popis svih zakupoprimaca s opisom prostora koji koriste i koju djelatnost tamo obavljaju, te imaju li svi svoja mjerila za struju i vodu.

Ista osoba dobila je i zadatak izmjeriti sve poslovne prostore kako bi se utvrdilo koriste li ih zakupoprimci u skladu sa sklopljenim ugovorima, te utvrditi tko u tvorničkom krugu odlaže otpad i ugovoriti otklanjanje tog otpada. Zatim je stečajni upravitelj sa svima njima održao sastanak i predao im naloge o uklanjanju otpada.

Očito je da u poslovanju "Salonita" u stečaju – postupak je otvoren 2004. godine – ima mnogo toga što sedmi po redu stečajni upravitelj tvrtke iz Vranjica želi provjeriti.

Sudu je dostavio i podugačak popis sporova. Među njima su i oni koje su pokrenuli bivši radnici koji su oboljeli od profesionalne bolesti azbestoze, kao i braća i sestre preminulih radnika, koji su izgubili te sporove. Stečajni upravitelj navodi kako nema podataka jesu li tužitelji nakon što su izgubili parnicu platili više tisuća kuna parničnih troškova, te da će, ako utvrdi da ti troškovi "Salonitu" nisu uplaćeni, protiv bivših radnika, odnosno članova obitelji preminulih, Fini podnijeti zahtjev za izravnu naplatu s njihovih računa. 

Također, prije četiri godine Župa sv. Martina tužila je "Salonit" u stečaju da je bez ikakvog pravnog temelja zaposjeo nekretninu u vlasništvu Župe i da od nje stječe materijalnu korist. U tom predmetu je sklopljena nagodba, te se Župa obvezala "Salonitu" nadoknaditi 31.134 kune parničnih troškova.

Budući da stečajni upravitelj nema podatak je li Župa taj novac uplatila, sada to mora utvrditi, i ako "Salonit" u stečaju taj novac nije dobio, stečajni upravitelj će i u tom slučaju podnijeti zahtjev za izravnu naplatu putem Fine s računa Župe.

U sudskom registru stoje zabilježbe da je Županijski sud u Splitu 2004. godine odredio privremenu zabranu otuđenja dionica "Salonita" kojima je vlasnik Jozo Ćurović, kao i zabranu otuđenja i opterećenja udjela u "Novom Salonitu" koje je "Salonit" 2004. godine, ugovorom potpisanim kod javnog bilježnika, ustupio zagrebačkim tvrtkama "Kamicon", "Gradnja" i "Bascon".

Jedan od stečajnih upravitelja "Salonita", Ante Ramadan, 2018. godine zaradio je optužnicu za kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu ga tereti da je postupao protivno interesima tvrtke "Salonit", a u korist njezina bivšeg vlasnika Joze Ćurkovića.

"Salonit" u stečaju iz Vranjica ostao je bez kruga bivše istoimene tvornice azbestno-cementnih proizvoda u Krešimirovoj ulici.

Naime, Valentin Jakovac, stečajni upravitelj "Salonita", krajem rujna 2022. godine potpisao je zapisnik o predaji bivše tvornice svom kolegi Mateu Ercegu, stečajnom upravitelju "Novog Salonita", nad kojim se stečaj vodi u Zagrebu.

Tvornički krug upisan je, naime, u temeljni kapital "Novog Salonita", koji je osnovao "Salonit", a primopredaja te imovine obavljena je na temelju pravomoćne presude Trgovačkog suda u Splitu iz listopada 2021. godine.

Prostori nekadašnje tvornice otprije su iznajmljeni raznim tvrtkama. Stečajni upravitelj Jakovac je, nakon imenovanja na tu funkciju u "Salonitu" krajem ožujka ove godine, na četiri mjeseca zaposlio osobu da mu dostavi detaljno izvješće o stanju tvorničkoga kruga, i to popis svih zakupoprimaca s opisom prostora koji koriste i koju djelatnost tamo obavljaju, te imaju li svi svoja mjerila za struju i vodu.

Ista osoba dobila je i zadatak izmjeriti sve poslovne prostore kako bi se utvrdilo koriste li ih zakupoprimci u skladu sa sklopljenim ugovorima, te utvrditi tko u tvorničkom krugu odlaže otpad i ugovoriti otklanjanje tog otpada. Zatim je stečajni upravitelj sa svima njima održao sastanak i predao im naloge o uklanjanju otpada.

Očito je da u poslovanju "Salonita" u stečaju – postupak je otvoren 2004. godine – ima mnogo toga što sedmi po redu stečajni upravitelj tvrtke iz Vranjica želi provjeriti.

Sudu je dostavio i podugačak popis sporova. Među njima su i oni koje su pokrenuli bivši radnici koji su oboljeli od profesionalne bolesti azbestoze, kao i braća i sestre preminulih radnika, koji su izgubili te sporove. Stečajni upravitelj navodi kako nema podataka jesu li tužitelji nakon što su izgubili parnicu platili više tisuća kuna parničnih troškova, te da će, ako utvrdi da ti troškovi "Salonitu" nisu uplaćeni, protiv bivših radnika, odnosno članova obitelji preminulih, Fini podnijeti zahtjev za izravnu naplatu s njihovih računa. 

Također, prije četiri godine Župa sv. Martina tužila je "Salonit" u stečaju da je bez ikakvog pravnog temelja zaposjeo nekretninu u vlasništvu Župe i da od nje stječe materijalnu korist. U tom predmetu je sklopljena nagodba, te se Župa obvezala "Salonitu" nadoknaditi 31.134 kune parničnih troškova.

Budući da stečajni upravitelj nema podatak je li Župa taj novac uplatila, sada to mora utvrditi, i ako "Salonit" u stečaju taj novac nije dobio, stečajni upravitelj će i u tom slučaju podnijeti zahtjev za izravnu naplatu putem Fine s računa Župe.

U sudskom registru stoje zabilježbe da je Županijski sud u Splitu 2004. godine odredio privremenu zabranu otuđenja dionica "Salonita" kojima je vlasnik Jozo Ćurović, kao i zabranu otuđenja i opterećenja udjela u "Novom Salonitu" koje je "Salonit" 2004. godine, ugovorom potpisanim kod javnog bilježnika, ustupio zagrebačkim tvrtkama "Kamicon", "Gradnja" i "Bascon".

Jedan od stečajnih upravitelja "Salonita", Ante Ramadan, 2018. godine zaradio je optužnicu za kaznena djela zlouporabe povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju. Županijsko državno odvjetništvo u Splitu ga tereti da je postupao protivno interesima tvrtke "Salonit", a u korist njezina bivšeg vlasnika Joze Ćurkovića.
